Hammer mills are primarily steel drums that contain a vertical or horizontal cross-shaped rotor mounted with pivoting hammers, which can freely swing on either ends of the cross. While the material is fed into the feed hopper, the rotor placed inside the drum is spun at a high speed. Thereafter, the hammers on the ends of the rotating cross thrust the material, thereby, shredding and expelling it through the screens fitted in the drum.

Hammer Mill
| A hammer mill is a machine whose purpose is to shred material into fine particles. A hammer mill is essentially a steel drum containing a vertical or horizontal cross-shaped rotor on which pivoting hammers are mounted. The hammers are free to swing on the ends of the cross. The rotor is spun at a high speed inside the drum while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammers on the ends of the rotating cross and thereby is shredded and expelled through screens in the drum. We design and develop hammer mills in diverse sizes to ensure excellent crushing efficiency in diverse applications. - Applications:- Suitable for powdering grains, chemicals, herbs, minerals, spices, cattle feed, chemicals, oil cake, tea, coffee, crude drugs, molding powder, dry soap, charcoal and other products. These machines consume less power and operate on low temperatures.

Roller Mill
| Our range of roller mill is useful for precision grinding of ointments, paints, inks and other similar products. It is provided with calibrated hand wheels in order to adjust gaps between the rollers. They offer precise and longer serviceability and can also be used for grinding wheat, rye, barley, maize and other grains. The self-aligning roller bearings in the mill enable dynamically balanced and smoother operations.
